Hands down the best service

Hands down the best service from the staff I've ever experienced in a hotel at such a location. The hotel is newly constructed and has cozy and aesthetic rooms. The food was great and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to people who are traveling with friends and couples.

Visit to darjeeling

This property is new and started on 3 March. We were thr fromn12 to 14. Very comfortable hotel with luxurious feeling. Staff was very polite and helpful. Specially Sushma and Aditya who helped a lot to manage the things very smoothly. Chekin and checkout was very smooth. Hotel was very neat and clean. Food was very tasty with lots of variety. All the facilities are very good. Since the property is new they are working to develop other modalities. Overall stay was good and specially my children were very happy to stay thr

We had a booking for the first time at mount lungta and also to Darjeeling. Hotel was very neatly well maintained and cleaned Services was very amazing... Whatever request was giving it was delivering within a minute ... Housekeeping services was great thanks to ms.samita for maintaining our room Hotel interior design was very decorative and I would like to thanks to ms sagarika she welcomed was with a pleasent smile and also like to mention mr. Abison, he was very amazing person. Last but not the least special thanks to Mr. Ganesh for the overall help we need during our stay we found him very polite,professional and hard working guy. I would highly appreciate and recommended to friends and family to visit to this hotel. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable it was really worth it..

My experience at Mount Lungta hotel

We stayed in the top most wing of the hotel. The entire hotel is made around a rock with beautiful furnitures giving bright and colourful background for all your pictures. The location is around 5 mins from Ghoom station and perfect for a nice gateway. Bed was very comfortable and the washrooms big, beautiful and modern in every sense. We had good complementary buffet breakfast and the stay was too comfortable to describe. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The property is four storied and they have a huge terrace in the fifth floor from which the entire hill station can be seen. Overall I would say Mount Lungta is a great property with great decor, great location and great staff.
